[Work #6] Flutter Study Group #3 - Advanced Flutter animation

Flutter Study Group #3 - Advanced Flutter animation (Cantonese) is hosted by GDG Hong Kong. It was held at RD Technologies in Causeway Bay

In this study group, we had learn a lot related to coding animations, including using setState function, Tween and Ticker. 

Also, we had shared how animation affects UX of the application.
